Understanding PrizeSuite Plans

PrizeSuite plans give merchants access to giveaway, rewards, wallet, points, referrals, and storefront features depending on the selected plan.

Plan details may change over time, so always check Settings → Billing inside PrizeSuite for the current available plans and limits.

Where to view plans #

Inside PrizeSuite, go to:

Settings → Billing

There you can view:

  • Current plan
  • Available plans
  • Trial status
  • Billing approval status
  • Usage or plan limits when available
  • Upgrade options

What plans can affect #

Your plan may affect access to areas such as:

  • Active giveaways
  • Giveaway order limits
  • Wallet Rewards
  • Referrals
  • Points Engine
  • Store Credit transfer features
  • Advanced reward features
  • Usage limits

Trial access #

PrizeSuite may offer a trial period for eligible stores.

During the trial, you can set up the app, create pages, configure rewards, and test the customer flow before continuing with a paid plan.

Upgrading your plan #

To upgrade, open:

Settings → Billing

Choose the plan you want and approve the billing change through Shopify.

Cancelling or changing a plan #

Plan changes and subscription status are managed through Shopify billing.

If a plan is cancelled, access may continue until the end of the current billing period depending on Shopify’s subscription status and billing rules.

Recommended setup path #

For a new store, follow this order:

  1. Choose a plan or start your trial.
  2. Create the PrizeSuite storefront pages.
  3. Add the theme blocks.
  4. Create your first giveaway.
  5. Test the storefront.
  6. Review participants and winners.
  7. Enable rewards features such as Wallet, Points, and Referrals.
