Use this area to understand how customers are receiving, using, or requesting wallet rewards.
Where to manage wallet activity #
Inside PrizeSuite, go to:
Wallet
From there, review the available wallet tabs and modules.
Depending on your setup, you may see areas for:
- Customers
- Transactions
- Reward requests
- Top-ups
- Transfers
- Withdrawals
- Gift vouchers
- Store credit transfers
- Wallet settings
Customer balances #
Customer balances show wallet value connected to each customer.
Use customer wallet records to review:
- Available balance
- Pending balance or activity
- Customer identity
- Wallet history
- Related reward actions
Wallet transactions #
Wallet transactions help you track wallet activity over time.
A transaction may represent activity such as:
- Reward added
- Reward used
- Manual adjustment
- Top-up
- Transfer
- Withdrawal request
- Gift voucher activity
- Store credit transfer
Pending requests #
Some wallet actions may require merchant review.
If pending requests are enabled, review them regularly so customers are not waiting too long.
Pending wallet activity may include:
- Reward requests
- Withdraw requests
- Store credit transfer requests
- Other wallet-related review items
Manual adjustments #
If manual wallet adjustment is available in your plan/setup, use it carefully.
Before adjusting a customer balance, confirm:
- The customer identity is correct
- The amount is correct
- The reason is clear
- The adjustment is intended
Manual changes should be used only when needed.
Customer-facing wallet activity #
Customers may see wallet information on the My Rewards page.
Depending on your setup, customers may see:
- Available wallet balance
- Pending wallet activity
- Recent wallet transactions
- Available wallet actions
- Reward request status
Best practices #
For a clean wallet experience:
- Keep wallet rules simple at first.
- Review pending requests regularly.
- Test the customer My Rewards page.
- Use clear reward descriptions.
- Avoid enabling too many wallet actions before testing.
- Keep reward policies clear for customers.
Troubleshooting #
If a wallet transaction looks missing or incorrect:
- Check the customer record.
- Check the Wallet transactions area.
- Confirm the related giveaway, points, referral, or reward action completed.
- Confirm the customer is using the same Shopify account.
- Refresh the admin and storefront pages.
- Contact support if the issue continues.
