This guide gives you the fastest path to launch your first PrizeSuite giveaway on Shopify.

1. Install PrizeSuite

Install the PrizeSuite app from the Shopify App Store and open it inside your Shopify admin.

2. Start your trial or choose a plan

Open the Billing section inside PrizeSuite, choose a plan, and approve the Shopify billing screen. After approval, return to PrizeSuite.

3. Create the required storefront pages

Go to Design → Pages and create the PrizeSuite pages:

• My Rewards
• Giveaways
• Winners

These pages let customers view rewards, see giveaways, and check winner announcements.

4. Set up the theme blocks

Open Shopify Admin → Online Store → Edit theme.

For each PrizeSuite page, create or select the correct page template, then add the matching PrizeSuite app block from the Apps section.

Common blocks include:

• PrizeSuite My Rewards
• PrizeSuite Giveaways
• PrizeSuite Winners

Save the theme after adding the blocks.

5. Create your first giveaway

Go to Giveaways inside PrizeSuite and create a new giveaway campaign.

Add the giveaway name, image, ticket rules, campaign dates, entry settings, display settings, and winner settings.

6. Test the customer flow

Open the giveaway page on your storefront and test the customer experience.

Check that:

• The giveaway page loads correctly
• The customer can enter through the intended flow
• Tickets or entries are assigned after a valid purchase
• My Rewards shows the customer’s giveaway activity
• Participants appear inside the PrizeSuite admin

1. Manage participants and winners

Use the Participants section to view entries, tickets, customers, and order activity.

When the giveaway is ready for winner selection, use the Winners tools inside PrizeSuite.

8. Optional: enable rewards features

After the first giveaway is working, you can also configure:

• Wallet rewards
• Points Engine
• Referrals
• Product reviews
• Social actions
• Birthday rewards
• Storefront localization
