The My Rewards page is the customer-facing area where shoppers can view their PrizeSuite activity.
Customers can use this page to see giveaway tickets, rewards, wallet balance, points, referrals, and recent activity depending on the features enabled for your store.
What customers can see #
The My Rewards page may show:
- Giveaway tickets
- Giveaway participation history
- Winner or instant win activity
- Wallet balance
- Wallet transactions
- Points balance
- Points activity
- Referral information
- Reward activity
- Customer-facing earning options
The exact content depends on your PrizeSuite plan, enabled modules, and store setup.
Step 1: Create the My Rewards page #
Inside PrizeSuite, go to:
Design → Pages
Find the My Rewards setup card and create the page if it is not already created.
After creating the page, click Refresh status.
Step 2: Open Shopify Theme Editor #
Open your Shopify theme editor manually:
Shopify Admin → Online Store → Edit theme
Use the top dropdown to select Pages.
Step 3: Create or select a My Rewards template #
Create or select a dedicated page template for My Rewards.
Recommended template name:
prizesuite-my-rewards
A dedicated template keeps the My Rewards page separate from normal Shopify pages.
Step 4: Add the PrizeSuite My Rewards block #
Inside the My Rewards page template, add the matching PrizeSuite app block from the Apps section:
PrizeSuite My Rewards
Then click Save.
Step 5: Assign the template to the My Rewards page #
Open the My Rewards page in Shopify Admin and assign the dedicated My Rewards template to that page.
Save the page after assigning the template.
Step 6: Refresh status in PrizeSuite #
Return to:
PrizeSuite → Design → Pages
Click Refresh status.
This checks whether the page setup is ready.
Step 7: Test as a customer #
Open the My Rewards page on your storefront.
Test while logged in as a customer if possible.
Check that:
- The page loads inside your store theme
- The store header and footer remain visible
- Customer reward information loads correctly
- Giveaway activity appears after a valid customer entry or purchase
- Wallet, points, and referrals appear when enabled
If the page looks empty #
If the My Rewards page appears empty or incomplete:
- Confirm the Shopify page exists.
- Confirm the page is assigned to the correct template.
- Confirm the PrizeSuite My Rewards block was added.
- Save the Shopify Theme Editor.
- Return to PrizeSuite and click Refresh status.
- Log in as a customer and test again.
- Clear cache or hard refresh the page.
