Starting Your Trial and Approving Billing

PrizeSuite uses Shopify billing. This means plan approval happens through Shopify, and charges are managed by Shopify.

Before you can use paid PrizeSuite features, you need to start a trial or approve a plan.

Step 1: Open Billing #

Inside PrizeSuite, go to:

Settings → Billing

You can also see billing guidance from the Dashboard if your store does not have an active plan yet.

Step 2: Choose a plan #

Review the available PrizeSuite plans and choose the plan that fits your store.

Each plan may include different usage limits or feature access depending on your subscription.

Step 3: Approve billing in Shopify #

After choosing a plan, Shopify opens the billing approval screen.

Review the billing details, then approve the subscription.

Billing approval is handled by Shopify, not by PrizeSuite directly.

Step 4: Return to PrizeSuite #

After approval, Shopify returns you to PrizeSuite.

Open the Dashboard or Settings → Billing again and confirm your plan is active.

Step 5: Continue setup #

After your trial or plan is active, continue setting up PrizeSuite:

  1. Create the required storefront pages.
  2. Add the PrizeSuite theme app blocks.
  3. Create your first giveaway.
  4. Enable Wallet Rewards if needed.
  5. Enable Referrals if needed.
  6. Test the storefront customer flow.

If billing does not activate #

If billing approval does not complete, try these steps:

  1. Refresh PrizeSuite.
  2. Open Settings → Billing again.
  3. Confirm the plan shows as active.
  4. If it still does not update, reopen the app from Shopify Admin → Apps → PrizeSuite.
  5. Contact support if the issue continues.

Notes #

PrizeSuite billing is connected to Shopify. Plan approval, subscription status, and billing confirmation are processed through Shopify’s billing system.
