PrizeSuite uses Shopify theme app blocks to display customer-facing content on your storefront pages.
Theme blocks let PrizeSuite show content inside your Shopify theme while keeping your store header, footer, and design.
Where to add theme blocks #
Open:
Shopify Admin → Online Store → Edit theme
Then use the top dropdown to choose the correct page template.
For PrizeSuite, the main page blocks are:
- PrizeSuite My Rewards
- PrizeSuite Giveaways
- PrizeSuite Winners
My Rewards block #
Use the PrizeSuite My Rewards block on the My Rewards page template.
This block lets customers view rewards and activity such as:
- Giveaway tickets
- Giveaway history
- Wallet balance
- Points
- Referrals
- Customer activity
Customers may need to be logged in to see account-specific information.
Giveaways block #
Use the PrizeSuite Giveaways block on the Giveaways page template.
This block displays the storefront giveaway listing experience so customers can find active or available giveaways.
Winners block #
Use the PrizeSuite Winners block on the Winners page template.
This block displays winner announcements and winner-related information.
Basic setup steps #
- Open Shopify Admin.
- Go to Online Store → Edit theme.
- Select the correct page template.
- Add an Apps section or app block.
- Choose the matching PrizeSuite block.
- Save the theme.
- Open the storefront page and test it.
Matching blocks to pages #
Use this matching setup:

Product Guard app embed #
PrizeSuite may also include a Product Guard app embed for standalone giveaway checkout products.
To enable it:
- Open Shopify Admin → Online Store → Edit theme.
- Open App embeds.
- Turn on Giveaway product guard.
- Click Save.
The Product Guard helps guide customers back to the giveaway page when they view a standalone giveaway checkout product directly.
Troubleshooting #
If the block does not appear:
- Make sure you are editing the correct page template.
- Check that you added the block from the Apps section.
- Save the theme.
- Confirm the Shopify page is assigned to the correct template.
- Return to PrizeSuite and click Refresh status in Design → Pages.
