  • What is PrizeSuite?

     PrizeSuite is a Shopify app that helps merchants run giveaways, manage participants and winners, and offer customer rewards such as wallet rewards, points, and referrals. 

  • Do I need to create storefront pages?

    Yes. PrizeSuite uses storefront pages such as My Rewards, Giveaways, and Winners so customers can view giveaway activity, rewards, tickets, and winner announcements. 

  • Do I need to add theme blocks?

    Yes. After creating the pages, add the matching PrizeSuite theme app blocks in Shopify Theme Editor, such as PrizeSuite My Rewards, PrizeSuite Giveaways, and PrizeSuite Winners. 

  • Does PrizeSuite support wallet rewards?

    Yes. PrizeSuite includes wallet reward features depending on your plan and enabled settings. 

  • Does PrizeSuite support points?

    Yes. PrizeSuite includes a Points Engine for customer reward activity, including purchase points, referrals, reviews, social actions, birthday rewards, and points conversion when enabled. 

  • Does PrizeSuite support referrals?

    Yes. Customers can use referral links or codes when referrals are enabled, and merchants can review referral activity inside PrizeSuite. 

  • Does PrizeSuite support Arabic and RTL pages?

    PrizeSuite supports customer-facing localization options for supported storefront pages, including Arabic/RTL-ready layouts. The embedded admin app may remain in English. 

  • Where can customers see their tickets and rewards?

    Customers can view their tickets, rewards, wallet balance, points, referrals, and activity from the My Rewards page when it is set up and the customer is logged in.
