What is PrizeSuite? #
PrizeSuite is a Shopify app that helps merchants run giveaway campaigns, manage participants and winners, and offer customer rewards such as wallet rewards, points, and referrals.
What can I use PrizeSuite for? #
You can use PrizeSuite to create and manage:

Where do customers see their rewards? #
Customers can view their activity from the My Rewards page when it is set up on your storefront.
Depending on your settings, customers may see:
- Giveaway tickets
- Giveaway history
- Wallet balance
- Points balance
- Referral information
- Reward activity
- Recent activity
Do customers need to log in? #
For customer-specific rewards, tickets, wallet balances, points, and referrals, customers may need to be logged in to their Shopify customer account.
Can I create a giveaway without setting up My Rewards? #
You can create giveaway campaigns inside the app, but My Rewards is strongly recommended because it gives customers a clear place to view their giveaway activity, tickets, wallet balance, points, and referrals.
What pages should I create first? #

You can create them from:
PrizeSuite → Design → Pages
Do I need to add Shopify theme blocks? #
Yes. PrizeSuite storefront pages use Shopify theme app blocks.
After creating the pages, open:
Shopify Admin → Online Store → Edit theme
Then add the matching PrizeSuite app block to the correct page template.
What is the Product Guard? #
Product Guard is a Shopify theme app embed that helps protect standalone giveaway checkout products.
When enabled, it can guide customers back to the giveaway page instead of allowing direct purchase from the normal product page.
Does PrizeSuite support wallet rewards? #
Yes. PrizeSuite includes wallet reward features depending on your plan and enabled settings.
Wallet features may include customer balances, reward requests, top-ups, transfers, withdrawals, gift vouchers, and store credit-related workflows.
Does PrizeSuite support points? #
Yes. PrizeSuite includes a Points Engine for customer reward activity.
Depending on your settings, customers may earn points from purchases, referrals, product reviews, social actions, birthday rewards, or other configured rules.
Does PrizeSuite support referrals? #
Yes. PrizeSuite includes referral features so customers can share referral links or codes and receive rewards when referral conditions are met.
Does PrizeSuite support Arabic or RTL pages? #
PrizeSuite supports customer-facing localization options for supported storefront pages, including Arabic/RTL-ready layouts.
This does not mean the full embedded Shopify admin app is fully translated into Arabic. Localization support is focused on customer-facing storefront pages.
