Arabic and RTL Storefront Pages

#

PrizeSuite includes customer-facing support for Arabic and right-to-left storefront layouts on supported PrizeSuite pages.

This helps merchants create a better experience for customers who read Arabic or other right-to-left languages.

What RTL means #

RTL means right-to-left.

In RTL layouts, page flow, alignment, and text direction are adjusted for languages such as Arabic.

This can affect:

  • Text alignment
  • Card layout
  • Button alignment
  • Tabs
  • Reward sections
  • Customer-facing page direction

Where Arabic and RTL can apply #

Arabic and RTL support can apply to supported customer-facing PrizeSuite storefront surfaces such as:

  • My Rewards
  • Giveaways
  • Winners
  • Customer-facing reward areas
  • PrizeSuite storefront blocks

The exact surfaces depend on your app version and enabled settings.

Admin language note #

The PrizeSuite embedded Shopify admin may still be available in English.

Arabic and RTL support is focused on customer-facing storefront pages and supported PrizeSuite customer experiences.

How to enable RTL direction #

Inside PrizeSuite, open:

Design

Then find the language or direction settings.

Choose the relevant customer-facing language option and set the direction to RTL when available.

Save your settings.

Test My Rewards #

After enabling RTL, open the My Rewards page as a customer.

Check:

  • Page direction
  • Tabs
  • Balance cards
  • Points section
  • Wallet section
  • Referral section
  • Activity rows
  • Buttons and labels

Test Giveaways and Winners #

Open the Giveaways and Winners pages and confirm:

  • Page titles are readable
  • Cards align correctly
  • Buttons are clear
  • Campaign information displays correctly
  • Winner information remains readable

Test mobile layout #

RTL layouts should be checked on mobile because smaller screens can reveal spacing or alignment issues.

Test:

  • Phone screen size
  • Tablet screen size
  • Desktop screen size

Merchant-entered text #

PrizeSuite may display merchant-entered values such as giveaway names, descriptions, prize names, and custom messages.

Make sure your own entered content matches the language experience you want customers to see.

Best practices #

For Arabic/RTL storefront pages:

  1. Test all customer-facing pages before launch.
  2. Keep giveaway descriptions short and clear.
  3. Check mobile layout carefully.
  4. Confirm buttons and reward actions are easy to understand.
  5. Make sure navigation links still point to the correct pages.
  6. Review My Rewards after enabling wallet, points, and referrals.

Troubleshooting #

If RTL layout looks wrong:

  1. Confirm the direction setting is saved.
  2. Refresh the storefront page.
  3. Clear site/cache plugins if used.
  4. Confirm the page uses the correct PrizeSuite theme block.
  5. Test in a private browser window.
  6. Review the page on mobile and desktop.

Next step #

After Arabic/RTL display is ready, continue testing customer flows such as giveaways, wallet rewards, points, and referrals.
