Wallet Rewards let merchants give customers reward value inside PrizeSuite.

Depending on your store setup, wallet rewards can be used for customer balances, reward requests, top-ups, transfers, withdrawals, gift vouchers, and store credit-related workflows.

The exact wallet features available may depend on your PrizeSuite plan and enabled settings.

Step 1: Open Wallet #

Inside PrizeSuite, go to:

Wallet

This area contains wallet balances, wallet settings, reward activity, and wallet-related modules.

Step 2: Review wallet settings #

Open the wallet settings or modules area and review the available options.

You may see settings for:

• Wallet system status
• Reward requests
• Top-up settings
• Transfer settings
• Withdraw settings
• Gift vouchers
• Store credit transfer options

Only enable the features you are ready to use.

Step 3: Enable the wallet features you need #

For a simple first setup, start with the basic wallet reward features.

Recommended first setup:

1. Enable the wallet system if it is not already enabled.
2. Review customer balance settings.
3. Configure reward request rules if you plan to approve rewards manually.
4. Save your wallet settings.
5. Test the customer-facing My Rewards page.

Step 4: Test the My Rewards wallet area #

Open the storefront My Rewards page as a logged-in customer.

Check whether wallet information appears correctly, such as:

• Available balance
• Pending wallet activity
• Recent transactions
• Available wallet actions, if enabled

Step 5: Review wallet activity in admin #

Return to PrizeSuite admin and check the Wallet area.

Use it to review customer balances, wallet transactions, pending requests, and completed reward activity.

Step 6: Connect Wallet with other rewards #

Wallet Rewards can work alongside other PrizeSuite features, such as:

• Giveaways
• Points Engine
• Referrals
• Product reviews
• Social actions
• Birthday rewards
• Gift vouchers
• Store credit workflows

Start simple, then enable more reward options after your first giveaway and customer flow are working.

Recommended first wallet setup #

For a new store, use this order:

1. Confirm billing or trial is active.
2. Create and test the My Rewards page.
3. Enable Wallet Rewards.
4. Configure basic wallet settings.
5. Test as a customer.
6. Review wallet activity in the admin.
7. Add Points or Referrals later if needed.

Troubleshooting #

If wallet information does not show on My Rewards:

1. Confirm the customer is logged in.
2. Confirm the My Rewards page is set up correctly.
3. Confirm wallet features are enabled.
4. Refresh the storefront page.
5. Check the customer wallet record in PrizeSuite admin.
6. Check whether the feature is available on your current plan.
