Managing Customer Wallet Activity

The Wallet area helps merchants review customer wallet balances, reward activity, and wallet-related requests.

Use this area to understand how customers are receiving, using, or requesting wallet rewards.

Where to manage wallet activity #

Inside PrizeSuite, go to:

Wallet

From there, review the available wallet tabs and modules.

Depending on your setup, you may see areas for:

  • Customers
  • Transactions
  • Reward requests
  • Top-ups
  • Transfers
  • Withdrawals
  • Gift vouchers
  • Store credit transfers
  • Wallet settings

Customer balances #

Customer balances show wallet value connected to each customer.

Use customer wallet records to review:

  • Available balance
  • Pending balance or activity
  • Customer identity
  • Wallet history
  • Related reward actions

Wallet transactions #

Wallet transactions help you track wallet activity over time.

A transaction may represent activity such as:

  • Reward added
  • Reward used
  • Manual adjustment
  • Top-up
  • Transfer
  • Withdrawal request
  • Gift voucher activity
  • Store credit transfer

Pending requests #

Some wallet actions may require merchant review.

If pending requests are enabled, review them regularly so customers are not waiting too long.

Pending wallet activity may include:

  • Reward requests
  • Withdraw requests
  • Store credit transfer requests
  • Other wallet-related review items

Manual adjustments #

If manual wallet adjustment is available in your plan/setup, use it carefully.

Before adjusting a customer balance, confirm:

  • The customer identity is correct
  • The amount is correct
  • The reason is clear
  • The adjustment is intended

Manual changes should be used only when needed.

Customer-facing wallet activity #

Customers may see wallet information on the My Rewards page.

Depending on your setup, customers may see:

  • Available wallet balance
  • Pending wallet activity
  • Recent wallet transactions
  • Available wallet actions
  • Reward request status

Best practices #

For a clean wallet experience:

  1. Keep wallet rules simple at first.
  2. Review pending requests regularly.
  3. Test the customer My Rewards page.
  4. Use clear reward descriptions.
  5. Avoid enabling too many wallet actions before testing.
  6. Keep reward policies clear for customers.

Troubleshooting #

If a wallet transaction looks missing or incorrect:

  1. Check the customer record.
  2. Check the Wallet transactions area.
  3. Confirm the related giveaway, points, referral, or reward action completed.
  4. Confirm the customer is using the same Shopify account.
  5. Refresh the admin and storefront pages.
  6. Contact support if the issue continues.
