PrizeSuite uses storefront pages so customers can view giveaways, rewards, tickets, and winners from your Shopify store.

The main PrizeSuite storefront pages are:

• My Rewards
• Giveaways
• Winners

These pages help customers access their giveaway activity and rewards through your store’s normal theme layout.

Step 1: Open Design → Pages #

Inside PrizeSuite, go to:

Design → Pages

This area helps you create and check the required PrizeSuite storefront pages.

Step 2: Create the pages #

Create the PrizeSuite pages shown in the Pages setup area:

• My Rewards — customer rewards, tickets, wallet, points, referrals, and activity
• Giveaways — public giveaway listing page
• Winners — winner announcements and winner results page

After creating the pages, use Refresh status to check the setup state.

Step 3: Open Shopify Theme Editor manually #

After the pages are created, open your Shopify theme editor:

Shopify Admin → Online Store → Edit theme

Do not rely on a blank or incomplete preview. If the theme editor opens on the wrong page, manually choose the correct page/template from the editor.

Step 4: Create or select the page template #

In the Shopify Theme Editor, use the top dropdown to select Pages.

For each PrizeSuite page, create or select the matching page template.

Recommended template names:

• prizesuite-my-rewards
• prizesuite-giveaways
• prizesuite-winners

The exact template name can vary, but using clear PrizeSuite names makes setup easier.

Step 5: Add the matching PrizeSuite app block #

Inside the page template, add an Apps section or app block.

Add the correct PrizeSuite block:

• PrizeSuite My Rewards
• PrizeSuite Giveaways
• PrizeSuite Winners

Then click Save in the Shopify Theme Editor.

Step 6: Assign the template to the page #

After creating the template, open the page in Shopify Admin and assign the matching template to the correct page.

For example:

• My Rewards page → My Rewards template
• Giveaways page → Giveaways template
• Winners page → Winners template

Save the page after assigning the template.

Step 7: Refresh status in PrizeSuite #

Return to:

PrizeSuite → Design → Pages

Click Refresh status.

PrizeSuite will check whether the pages are created and whether the setup looks ready.

Step 8: Test the pages #

Open each page on your storefront and confirm it loads correctly:

• My Rewards page
• Giveaways page
• Winners page

Check that your normal store header and footer still appear and that the PrizeSuite content loads inside the page.

Troubleshooting #

If a page looks blank or incomplete:

1. Confirm the Shopify page exists.
2. Confirm the page has the correct template assigned.
3. Confirm the matching PrizeSuite app block was added.
4. Save the Shopify Theme Editor.
5. Return to PrizeSuite and click Refresh status.
6. Clear cache or hard refresh the storefront page.
