PrizeSuite is installed from the Shopify App Store and opens inside your Shopify admin. #

Follow these steps to install the app and complete the first setup.

Step 1: Install the app #

Open the PrizeSuite app listing in the Shopify App Store and click Install.

Shopify will show the app permissions and installation screen. Review the permissions, then approve the installation.

Step 2: Open PrizeSuite #

After installation, Shopify will open PrizeSuite inside your Shopify admin.

You can also reopen it later from:

Shopify Admin → Apps → PrizeSuite

Step 3: Approve billing or start your trial #

PrizeSuite requires an active plan or trial before merchants can use paid app features.

Open the Billing section inside PrizeSuite, choose a plan, and approve the Shopify billing screen.

After approval, return to PrizeSuite.

Step 4: Confirm the dashboard loads #

After billing is approved, open the PrizeSuite dashboard and confirm that the app loads normally.

You should be able to access the main areas of the app, including:

• Giveaways
• Participants
• Wallet
• Referrals
• Design
• Settings

Step 5: Continue to page setup #

After installation and billing are complete, the next step is to create the required storefront pages.

Go to:

PrizeSuite → Design → Pages

From there, create the PrizeSuite pages and follow the theme setup guide.
