Opening PrizeSuite in Shopify Admin #
After PrizeSuite is installed, you can open it anytime from your Shopify admin.
How to open PrizeSuite #
From your Shopify admin, go to:
Apps → PrizeSuite
PrizeSuite opens as an embedded Shopify app, so you can manage giveaways, rewards, wallet settings, referrals, participants, winners, storefront pages, and app settings without leaving Shopify admin.
Main app areas #
PrizeSuite includes several admin areas:
Dashboard #
The Dashboard gives you a general overview of your app setup and current activity.
Giveaways #
Use Giveaways to create and manage giveaway campaigns, ticket rules, instant wins, display settings, and winner settings.
Participants #
Use Participants to view customers, entries, tickets, order activity, and campaign participation history.
Wallet #
Use Wallet to manage wallet rewards, customer balances, reward requests, top-ups, transfers, withdrawals, gift vouchers, and store credit.
Referrals #
Use Referrals to set up referral rewards, referral codes, and referral activity.
Design #
Use Design to configure storefront pages, product-page sections, page setup, language and direction settings, and customer-facing display options.
Settings #
Use Settings to manage billing, notifications, feature requests, and other app configuration.
If PrizeSuite does not open #
If PrizeSuite does not open correctly, try these steps:
- Refresh Shopify admin.
- Open Apps → PrizeSuite again.
- Make sure the app is still installed.
- Confirm that billing or trial setup was completed.
- Contact support if the issue continues.

After you can open PrizeSuite, continue to Billing & Plans or Design → Pages to complete the setup.
