Frontend Pages → Winner Section #
The Winner Section settings control how winners and related campaign status information are displayed across the frontend of your website.
These settings allow administrators to manage the layout and visibility of winner announcements on product pages, as well as configure the dedicated winners page and ticket export options for participants.
Product Page – Winner Box #
This section controls the appearance and layout of the winner box displayed on the giveaway product page after a campaign has ended.
The winner box highlights the selected winner(s) and may include elements such as:
- Winner name or identifier
- Winning ticket number
- Prize information
- Winner announcement styling
Design options within this section allow administrators to adjust typography, colors, and layout to match the store’s theme.
Product Page – Winners Announced Status Boxes #
Controls the visual status boxes that appear when a giveaway has finished and winners have been announced.
These status boxes provide clear feedback to visitors regarding the campaign outcome and help highlight important campaign states such as:
- Winners announced
- Winner selection in progress
- Campaign finished
Administrators can customize the styling and layout of these status messages to ensure they integrate smoothly with the page design.
Section Visibility #
The Section Visibility settings allow administrators to control whether winner-related sections are displayed on the giveaway product page.
This is useful when you want to simplify the product page layout or hide certain elements depending on your campaign strategy.
Winners Page #
PrizeSuite can generate a dedicated Winners Page that displays a list or grid of past giveaway winners.
This page helps build trust and transparency by showing customers that campaigns are conducted fairly and winners are publicly announced.
Typical configuration options may include:
- Winner display layout
- Campaign information shown with each winner
- Styling for winner cards or lists
Participants Page – Export Tickets Print #
This section controls the ticket export and printing options available on the participants page.
Administrators can allow users or administrators to export and print ticket information associated with giveaway entries.
This feature is useful for:
- Offline verification
- Regulatory or compliance requirements
- Record keeping
Save Changes #
After modifying the settings within this section, click Save Changes to apply the updated configuration to the frontend winner display.
