Wallet Rewards #

The Rewards tab allows administrators to configure automatic wallet rewards. These rewards are credited to users based on specific actions such as registering a new account or receiving a daily gift.

Rewards are applied automatically when enabled, and each reward can be limited by user roles to prevent abuse.

New User Registration Reward #

The New User Registration Reward credits wallet funds to users when they create a new account. This is commonly used to encourage signups and improve customer retention.

Enable Registration Reward #

Enable or disable the registration reward feature. When enabled, eligible users will receive a wallet credit after completing registration.

Reward Amount #

Defines how much money is added to the user’s wallet as a registration bonus.

Description #

An internal note shown in the wallet transaction log. Use this field to clearly label the credit reason (for example: “Welcome bonus for new user”).

Exclude Roles #

Select user roles that should not receive the registration reward.

This is useful to prevent admin accounts or shop managers from receiving promotional credits.

Daily Gift Reward #

The Daily Gift Reward credits wallet funds to users once per day. This feature can be used to encourage users to return daily and engage with your giveaway campaigns.

Enable Daily Gift #

Enable or disable the daily gift reward feature. When enabled, eligible users can receive the daily wallet credit once per day.

Reward Amount #

Defines the wallet amount credited per day for eligible users.

Description #

An internal note shown in the wallet transaction log (for example: “Daily login bonus”).

Only on Giveaway Page #

When enabled, the daily gift reward is only applied when the user visits a giveaway page. This helps connect rewards directly to campaign traffic and participation.

Giveaway Page #

Select which giveaway page(s) the daily gift reward should apply to. This option is available when Only on Giveaway Page is enabled.

Exclude Roles #

Select user roles that should not receive the daily gift reward. This helps control who is eligible and prevents misuse by admin roles.

Saving Reward Settings #

After updating reward options, click Save Rewards Settings to apply your changes.

Once saved and enabled, rewards will be credited automatically based on the configured rules.
