Participants #

The Participants page allows administrators to view and manage all entries generated for giveaway campaigns. This page provides a detailed overview of participants, ticket numbers, orders, and winner status.

Administrators can search, filter, export, and review ticket entries associated with each giveaway campaign.

Filters and Search #

The top section of the Participants page provides tools to filter and search entries. These filters help administrators quickly locate specific participants or tickets.

• Giveaway — Filter entries by a specific giveaway campaign.
• Status — Filter entries based on order status.
• Search — Search by participant name, email, order ID, or ticket number.
• Per Page — Control how many entries are displayed per page.
• Date Range — Filter entries between selected dates.

Click Filter to apply the search criteria or Clear to reset all filters.

Export Options #

Administrators can export participant data for reporting or compliance purposes.

• Export CSV — Download a CSV file containing participant and ticket data.
• Print PDF — Generate a printable PDF report of the entries.
• Export Tickets — Export the issued ticket numbers.

Participants Table #

The main table displays all participants and their associated ticket entries. Each row represents a participant entry linked to a WooCommerce order.

Participant #

Displays the customer’s name and email address associated with the order.

Giveaway #

Shows the giveaway campaign the entry belongs to.

Order ID #

Displays the WooCommerce order number associated with the ticket purchase.

Order Status #

Indicates the payment status of the order. Entries are typically generated when the order status is Completed or Processing.

Entries #

Displays the number of entries generated for that purchase.

Tickets #

Shows the ticket numbers assigned to the participant. Click View to see the full list of ticket numbers when multiple tickets are issued.

Winner #

Indicates whether the participant holds a winning ticket. If the ticket has been selected as a winner, the ticket number will be highlighted.

Date #

Displays the date and time when the entry was created.

Winner Review Section #

When winners have been selected, the Participants page displays a Selected Winners review panel.

This section provides a summary of the selected winners before final announcement.

• Rank — The prize position (1st, 2nd, etc.).
• Prize — The prize label assigned to the winner.
• Winner — The participant who holds the winning ticket.
• Ticket — The winning ticket number.
• Order — The WooCommerce order associated with the ticket.
• Drawn At — The date and time the winner was selected.
• Actions — Allows administrators to remove or adjust the selected winner if necessary.

Campaign Statistics #

The Participants page also displays quick statistics for the selected giveaway campaign.

• Entries Sold — The number of tickets sold compared to the maximum ticket limit.
• Total Sold — The total revenue generated from ticket sales.
• Entry Price — The price per ticket.
• Average Entry Price — The average price per ticket after discounts or promotions.

These statistics help administrators quickly evaluate the performance of the giveaway campaign.
