Settings → Advanced #
The Advanced tab contains developer and maintenance options that control how PrizeSuite behaves when the plugin is removed from your WordPress installation.
These settings are primarily intended for administrators managing long-term site maintenance, migrations, or complete system cleanups.
Uninstall Behavior #
This option determines what happens to PrizeSuite data when the plugin is deleted from WordPress.
Keep all PrizeSuite data on uninstall (recommended) #
When this option is enabled, all PrizeSuite data will remain in the database if the plugin is deleted. This includes giveaway campaigns, entries, wallet records, referrals, winners, and plugin settings.
This is the recommended option because it allows administrators to reinstall the plugin later without losing previously stored data.
Delete all PrizeSuite data on uninstall #
Selecting this option will permanently remove all PrizeSuite data from the database when the plugin is deleted from WordPress.
This includes:
- Giveaway campaigns
- Participant entries and tickets
- Wallet balances and transaction history
- Referral records
- Winner records
- All PrizeSuite plugin settings and options
This option is useful when performing a full system reset or permanently removing the plugin from a site.
Warning: Choosing Delete all PrizeSuite data on uninstall will permanently remove all plugin data and database tables when the plugin is deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Save Changes #
Click Save Changes to apply your uninstall behavior preference. The selected option will be used if the plugin is removed from the WordPress installation.
