Referral Transactions #
The Transactions page displays a detailed log of all referral reward transactions generated by the PrizeSuite referral system. Each entry represents a reward triggered by a referred user’s action.
This page allows administrators to review how referral rewards were calculated, verify payouts, and export transaction data for reporting.
Filters and Search #
The top section provides filters that help administrators locate specific referral transactions.
- Status Filter — Filter transactions by status (for example: Paid or Pending).
- Trigger Filter — Filter by the event that generated the referral reward.
- Date Range — Filter transactions by a specific time period.
- Referrer ID — Search transactions linked to a specific referrer.
- Filter Button — Apply the selected filters.
- Export CSV — Export referral transaction records for reporting or accounting.
Transactions Table #
The transactions table displays the complete history of referral rewards generated in the system. Each row represents one referral reward event.
Date #
The date and time when the referral reward was generated.
Referrer #
The user who owns the referral code and receives the reward.
Referred User #
The user whose action triggered the referral reward.
Trigger #
The event that generated the referral reward. Common examples include:
- First top-up — Reward issued when the referred user performs their first wallet top-up.
- Every top-up — Reward issued each time the referred user performs a wallet top-up.
Base Amount #
The transaction amount used as the base value for calculating the referral reward.
Rate % #
The referral commission percentage applied to the base amount.
Reward #
The final reward amount credited to the referrer’s wallet.
Status #
Indicates the current state of the referral reward.
- Paid — The reward has been credited to the referrer’s wallet.
- Other statuses may appear depending on referral settings.
Payout #
Displays payout information if external payout processing is used. In most cases, rewards are credited directly to the referrer’s wallet instead of external payouts.
