  • Is the winner selection fair and random?

    Yes. PrizeSuite selects winners from all valid entries in the campaign using a random ticket selection process. Each ticket represents one chance to win, so customers with more tickets have a higher probability of winning.

    Depending on your campaign configuration, winners can be selected using one of two methods:

    • Automatic selection – PrizeSuite randomly selects the winning ticket(s) when the campaign ends.
    • Manual selection – The administrator selects the winning ticket(s) from the list of valid entries in the admin dashboard.

    All entries and ticket numbers are stored and tracked within the system, ensuring transparency and verifiable results for each giveaway campaign. 

  • Does PrizeSuite work with any WooCommerce theme?

    PrizeSuite is designed to work with most WooCommerce-compatible themes. The plugin also includes customizable layout settings to ensure the giveaway pages match your store design. 

  • Can I customize the giveaway page layout?

    Yes. PrizeSuite includes customizable frontend layouts for giveaway product pages, allowing you to adjust typography, colors, layouts, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Does PrizeSuite work with WooCommerce payments?

    Yes. Giveaway entries are purchased through the standard WooCommerce checkout process. This means the plugin works with any WooCommerce-supported payment gateway. 

  • Where can I see participants and entries?

    You can view all participants and their ticket numbers from the WordPress admin dashboard:

    PrizeSuite → Participants

    This section shows all entries associated with each campaign. 

  • Can I run multiple giveaways at the same time?

    Yes. PrizeSuite allows you to run multiple giveaway campaigns simultaneously. Each campaign can have its own prize, ticket price, entry limits, and campaign duration. 

  • What happens when the giveaway ends?

    When the campaign reaches its end date:

    1. Entry purchases are automatically closed.
    2. The system prepares the entries for winner selection.
    3. The winner is selected based on the configured Winner Selection Method.

    PrizeSuite supports two methods:

    • Automatic selection – The plugin randomly selects the winning ticket(s) automatically when the giveaway ends.
    • Manual selection – The administrator selects the winning ticket(s) from the available entries in the admin dashboard.

    After the winner is selected, the results are displayed on the giveaway product page and the winners page. 

  • Can customers buy multiple entries?

    Yes. Customers can purchase multiple entries in a single order depending on the campaign configuration and entry limits set by the administrator.

  • How are winners selected?

    When a giveaway campaign ends, PrizeSuite randomly selects winning ticket numbers from all valid entries in the campaign. The ticket number determines the winner. 

  • How do giveaway campaigns work in PrizeSuite?

    PrizeSuite allows you to run ticket-based giveaway campaigns using WooCommerce products. Customers purchase entries (tickets) for a chance to win the prize. Each entry generates a unique ticket number, and when the campaign ends a winning ticket is selected.
