Referrers #

The Referrers page lists all users who have a referral code in PrizeSuite. Each referrer can share their referral code or link to invite new users and earn rewards based on your referral program settings.

This page helps administrators monitor who is actively referring users, how many signups they generated, and how much they earned.

Search and Filters #

Use the filters at the top of the page to find specific referrers or review referral performance.

• Status — Filter referrers by status (example: Active).
• Search user — Search for a referrer by name, username, or email.
• Filter — Apply the selected filters.

Referrers Table #

The referrers table displays one row per referrer and includes their referral code and performance summary.

User #

Displays the referrer’s user account. This is the person who owns the referral code and receives rewards.

Code #

The unique referral code assigned to the user. This code is used to track referred signups and referral-triggered rewards.

Signups #

The number of users who signed up using this referrer’s referral code.

Qualified Top-ups #

The number of wallet top-ups that qualify for referral rewards under your referral rules.

For example, if your referral program pays rewards on the referred user’s first top-up or every top-up, this number shows how many top-ups were counted as qualifying events.

Total Earned #

The total amount of rewards earned by the referrer. Rewards are typically credited to the referrer’s wallet.

Status #

Shows whether the referrer is currently active in the referral program.

• Active — The referrer is eligible to earn rewards.
• Other statuses may appear depending on program configuration.
