Settings → Messages #
The Messages tab allows administrators to customize the text messages displayed to users on the frontend during different stages of a giveaway campaign. These messages appear on giveaway product pages, notifications, and status banners.
Frontend Messages #
Use these fields to control the wording of important notices shown to participants. Customizing these messages helps adapt the tone of your store, match your brand voice, or translate the interface into another language.
Giveaway unavailable #
Message displayed when the giveaway cannot be accessed or is temporarily unavailable.
Login required #
Message shown when a user must log in or create an account before participating in a giveaway.
Giveaway ended #
Short notice displayed when the giveaway campaign has finished accepting entries.
Winners announced #
Message displayed when the giveaway has ended and the winners have already been announced.
Winners selecting #
Message shown while the system is in the process of selecting winners after the giveaway ends.
No entries yet #
Message displayed when no participants have entered the giveaway yet. This encourages visitors to become the first participant.
Already bought entries notice #
Notification displayed when a customer has already purchased entries for the giveaway.
The placeholder {bought} dynamically displays the number of entries the user purchased.
Winner announced title #
Title displayed in the winners section once the winner has been officially announced.
Winners selected title #
Title displayed after the system finishes selecting all winners.
Winner congratulations #
Message shown to users who have won the giveaway, typically displayed on the product page or in winner notifications.
Winners selecting progress #
Message displayed during the winner selection process to indicate progress.
The placeholders %d dynamically display numeric values such as the number
of winners selected out of the total winners.
Save Changes #
Click Save Changes to apply your customized messages. The updated messages will be used immediately throughout the frontend giveaway interface.
