Frontend Pages → Status Badges #

The Status Badges settings allow administrators to control how giveaway status indicators appear across the frontend of the website.

Status badges visually communicate the current state of a giveaway campaign, helping visitors quickly understand whether a giveaway is active, paused, finished, or archived.

Status Badges #

Enable Status Badges #

When enabled, PrizeSuite will display a status badge on giveaway products that reflects the current campaign state.

Only one badge is shown at a time, representing the current status of the giveaway.

• Enabled – A badge indicating the campaign status is displayed.
• Disabled – No status badges are shown on giveaway products.

Badge Visibility #

These options allow administrators to control which status badges are visible on the frontend. You can enable or disable individual badges depending on your campaign workflow.

• Show Active Badge – Displays when a giveaway is currently running.
• Show Paused Badge – Displays when a giveaway is temporarily paused.
• Show Ended Badge – Displays when a giveaway has finished accepting entries.
• Show Winners Announced Badge – Displays after winners have been selected and announced.
• Show Archived Badge – Displays for archived giveaways that are no longer active.
• Show Draft Badge – Displays when a giveaway is saved as a draft and not publicly available.

Badge Labels #

The Badge Labels fields allow administrators to customize the text displayed inside each status badge.

These labels can be modified to match your store language or campaign terminology.

• Active Label – Text shown for running giveaways.
• Paused Label – Text shown when a campaign is paused.
• Ended Label – Text shown when the campaign has ended.
• Winners Announced Label – Text displayed after winners have been announced.
• Archived Label – Text shown for archived campaigns.
• Draft Label – Text shown for unpublished giveaway drafts.

Save Changes #

Click Save Changes to apply any updates to the status badge visibility or labels. The changes will be reflected immediately across the frontend giveaway displays.
