Winners #

The Winners page displays all winners selected from giveaway campaigns. It allows administrators to review winning entries, track winner status, and manage the prize delivery workflow.

From this page you can filter winners, export winner data, and update the winner processing status.

Filters and Search #

The top section of the Winners page provides filtering and search tools to help locate specific winners.

• Giveaway Filter — Filter winners by a specific giveaway campaign.
• Status Filter — Filter winners by campaign or workflow status.
• Search — Search winners by username or ticket number.
• Filter Button — Apply the selected filters.

Export Tools #

Administrators can export winner information for reporting or record keeping.

• Export CSV — Download winner data in CSV format.
• Print / PDF — Generate a printable list of winners or export it as a PDF document.

Winners Table #

The winners table lists all selected winners across giveaway campaigns. Each row represents a winning ticket.

Giveaway #

The giveaway campaign associated with the winning ticket. Administrators can click the campaign name to open the giveaway details.

Winner #

The user who owns the winning ticket.

Email #

The email address of the winner.

Phone #

The phone number associated with the winner’s account.

Ticket #

The ticket number that won the giveaway.

Date #

The date and time when the winner was selected.

Campaign Status #

Displays the current status of the giveaway campaign.

• Announced — The winner has been officially announced.

Workflow #

Tracks the internal processing stage of the winner. This helps administrators manage communication and prize delivery.

• Announced — The winner has been publicly announced.
• Contacted — The administrator has contacted the winner.
• Delivered — The prize has been delivered to the winner.

Winner Actions #

Each winner row includes several quick actions to assist administrators in managing the prize process.

• View Giveaway — Opens the associated giveaway campaign.
• View Order — Opens the WooCommerce order that generated the winning ticket.
• Copy Email — Quickly copy the winner’s email address.
• WhatsApp — Open WhatsApp to contact the winner directly.

Admin Notes #

Administrators can add internal notes to document communication or delivery progress for each winner.

Notes are useful for tracking prize fulfillment steps or recording special instructions.
