Referrals Overview #

The Referrals Overview page provides a high-level summary of referral activity across your store. It helps administrators monitor referral performance, track rewards paid to referrers, and analyze user engagement generated through the referral system.

This page is designed to give a quick snapshot of how well the referral program is performing.


Referral Tabs #

The Referrals section includes several tabs:

  • Overview — Summary statistics and recent referral activity.
  • Referrers — List of users participating in the referral program.
  • Transactions — Detailed log of referral reward transactions.
  • Settings — Configure referral reward rules and program behavior.

Key Metrics #

The Key Metrics panel provides important referral statistics to help you understand the impact of your referral program.

Total Referrers #

The total number of users who are participating in the referral program and have generated referral activity.

Total Referred Users #

The number of users who joined the store using a referral link or were successfully referred by another user.

Total Rewards Paid #

The total amount of referral rewards that have been paid to referrers. These rewards are typically credited to user wallets.

Pending Rewards #

The amount of referral rewards that have been generated but have not yet been paid. Pending rewards may occur when reward conditions are not yet completed.

The overview also shows how many referrers are currently active or disabled.


Recent Referral Activity #

The Recent Referral Activity table shows the most recent referral events and reward payouts. Each row represents a referral transaction triggered by user activity.

Date #

The date and time when the referral reward was triggered.

Referrer #

The user who shared the referral link and earned the reward.

Referred User #

The user who joined or performed an action using the referral link.

Trigger #

The event that generated the referral reward. Common examples include:

  • first_topup — Reward issued when the referred user performs their first wallet top-up.
  • every_topup — Reward issued whenever the referred user performs additional wallet top-ups.

Reward #

The reward amount credited to the referrer for the referral action.

Status #

The current state of the reward payment.

  • Paid — The reward has been credited to the referrer’s wallet.
  • Other statuses may appear depending on system configuration.
