Gift Vouchers #

The Gift Voucher feature allows administrators to generate voucher codes that users can redeem to receive wallet funds. This is useful for promotions, marketing campaigns, refunds, affiliate rewards, or physical gift cards.

When a voucher is redeemed, the configured wallet amount is automatically credited to the user’s wallet balance.

Gift Voucher Tabs #

The Gift Voucher section includes three main tabs:

• Gift Voucher Generation — Create new voucher codes.
• Gift Vouchers — View and manage generated vouchers.
• Settings — Configure voucher system behavior.

Gift Voucher Generation #

This section allows administrators to generate one or multiple voucher codes at once. Each voucher represents a wallet credit that users can redeem.

Prefix #

Optional text added before the generated voucher code. Example: PRIZE-12345678

Suffix #

Optional text added after the voucher code.

Gift Voucher Type #

Defines the format of the generated voucher code. For example:

• Numeric — Codes contain numbers only.
• Other formats may be available depending on configuration.

Gift Voucher Length #

Determines the length of the generated voucher code. This length does not include the prefix or suffix.

Wallet Funds per Gift Voucher #

The wallet amount that will be credited to the user when the voucher is redeemed.

Number of Vouchers to Generate #

Defines how many voucher codes will be created at once. The system supports generating multiple vouchers in a single batch (up to 1000).

Expiry Date #

Optional expiration date for the voucher codes. After this date, the voucher can no longer be redeemed.

Generate Gift Vouchers #

Click the Generate Gift Vouchers button to create the vouchers based on the configured settings.

Gift Vouchers List #

The Gift Vouchers tab displays all generated voucher codes and their current status. This table allows administrators to track voucher usage and redemption.

Voucher Code #

The generated code that users must enter to redeem wallet funds.

Wallet Balance #

The wallet credit value associated with the voucher.

Created On #

The date when the voucher was generated.

Expiry Date #

The date when the voucher expires, if an expiration date was configured.

Redeemed By #

Displays the user who redeemed the voucher. If the voucher has not yet been used, it will appear as Not redeemed.

Redeemed On #

Shows the date and time when the voucher was redeemed.

Export Gift Vouchers as CSV #

Administrators can export voucher codes and details to a CSV file for reporting, distribution, or backup.

Gift Voucher Settings #

The Settings tab controls the global behavior of the gift voucher system.

Enable Gift Voucher Module #

Enables or disables the entire gift voucher feature within PrizeSuite.

Allow Users to Redeem Gift Vouchers #

Allows users to redeem voucher codes and add the associated funds to their wallet.

Voucher redemption is performed from the user account area:

My Account → Wallet → Redeem

Save Changes #

After modifying voucher settings, click Save Changes to apply the configuration.
