Wallet Users #

The Wallet Users page allows administrators to view and manage wallet balances for all customers. This section provides a complete list of users who have interacted with the wallet system, including their earnings, spending, and current balance.


Search and Filters #

At the top of the page, administrators can quickly locate specific wallet users using the available search and filter tools.

  • Search — Search users by name, email, or phone number.
  • Status Filter — Filter users by wallet status (for example: Active).
  • Export CSV — Export the list of wallet users and their balances for reporting or backup.

Wallet Users Table #

The main table displays all users who have a wallet account in the system. Each row represents a customer and summarizes their wallet activity.

Name #

The name of the user associated with the wallet account.

Email #

The user’s email address used for their account.

Phone #

The phone number associated with the user’s account (if available).

Earned #

The total amount of money credited to the user’s wallet over time. This may include wallet top-ups, rewards, promotions, or other wallet credits.

Spent #

The total amount the user has spent from their wallet. This typically includes payments used to purchase giveaway tickets or other eligible products.

Balance #

The current available wallet balance for the user. This is the amount the user can spend in the store using their wallet.

Status #

Indicates whether the user’s wallet is active.

  • Active — The wallet is available and can be used for payments.
  • Other statuses may appear depending on system configuration.

Actions #

The Adjust button allows administrators to manually modify a user’s wallet balance.

This can be used to:

  • Add funds to a user’s wallet
  • Remove funds from a wallet
  • Correct balance errors
  • Apply manual credits or adjustments

Best Practices #

  • Use wallet adjustments carefully and record the reason for each change.
  • Regularly export wallet data for accounting or reporting.
  • Monitor high wallet balances to ensure accurate tracking of store credits.
