Wallet Overview #
The Wallet section provides a complete overview of customer wallet balances and wallet activity inside PrizeSuite. It allows administrators to monitor wallet usage, view recent transactions, and track overall wallet performance across the store.
Wallet Tabs #
The Wallet area is organized into multiple tabs for easier management:
- Overview — High-level wallet metrics and recent activity.
- User — View and manage individual user wallet balances and transactions.
- Rewards — Wallet credits issued as rewards (example: referral or promotional rewards).
- Gift Voucher — Wallet-related voucher or credit features (if enabled).
- Settings — Configure wallet behavior and wallet-related options.
Overview Metrics #
At the top of the Wallet Overview page, PrizeSuite displays key wallet performance metrics:
Total Balance #
The combined wallet balance currently held by all users. This represents the total amount available in customer wallets.
Active Users #
The number of users who currently have wallet activity or a wallet balance in the system.
Lifetime Earned #
The total amount credited to wallets over time (including top-ups, admin credits, rewards, or other wallet income sources).
Lifetime Spent #
The total amount spent from wallets over time (for example, wallet payments used to purchase giveaway tickets).
Recent Activity #
The Recent Activity table displays the latest wallet transactions. By default, only the last 50 activities are shown. Each row represents one wallet ledger entry, including credits and debits.
Date #
The date and time when the wallet transaction was recorded.
User #
The customer associated with the transaction (name and email).
Type #
Indicates whether the transaction is a:
- Credit — Money added to the wallet
- Debit — Money removed from the wallet
Description #
A short explanation of why the transaction occurred. Descriptions commonly include references to order IDs or wallet events (such as top-ups, refunds, or wallet payment debits).
Money In #
The amount credited into the wallet (shown for Credit transactions).
Money Out #
The amount debited from the wallet (shown for Debit transactions).
Net #
Shows the net change for the transaction:
- Positive values indicate wallet balance increased
- Negative values indicate wallet balance decreased
Balance After #
Displays the user’s wallet balance after the transaction is applied (when available).
Common Use Cases #
- Monitor wallet spending during active giveaway campaigns.
- Review recent debits and credits for troubleshooting customer balance issues.
- Confirm wallet top-ups and wallet payment activity.
- Track overall wallet adoption using the Active Users and Lifetime metrics.
