Winner Settings #

The Winner Settings section controls how winners are selected and how prizes are defined for the giveaway. These options allow administrators to configure the number of winners, the selection method, and prize labels.

Number of winners #

This option defines how many winners will be selected when the giveaway ends.

PrizeSuite allows selecting between 1 and 5 winners for a single giveaway campaign.

If more than one winner is selected, additional prize labels will appear automatically.

Winner selection method #

This setting determines how the winners will be chosen.

Manual #

The administrator manually selects the winning ticket numbers from the list of entries. This option is useful when the draw needs to be supervised or verified externally.

Manual selection also allows administrators to choose specific ticket numbers as winners.

Winner note / supervision text #

This optional field allows administrators to add notes related to the draw process.

It can be used to record important information such as:

• Supervision details
• Official draw notes
• Legal or compliance remarks
• Internal notes about the winner selection process

Prize labels #

Prize labels define the name of each prize associated with the giveaway winners.

The first prize label usually matches the giveaway title automatically.

If multiple winners are configured, additional prize labels will appear so that each prize can be described clearly.

Example:

• Prize 1 – Kia Sentus
• Prize 2 – $500 Gift Card
• Prize 3 – Free Tickets

Allow manual override #

When this option is enabled, administrators can override the automatically selected winners if necessary.

This provides flexibility in situations where:

• A winner is disqualified
• A ticket must be replaced
• An error occurs during winner selection

Enabling this option ensures that administrators always maintain control over the final winner list.
