Installation → Installing PrizeSuite #

This guide explains how to install and activate PrizeSuite – Giveaway & Campaign Engine for WooCommerce on your WordPress website.

PrizeSuite is installed like any standard WordPress plugin and requires WooCommerce to be installed and activated before use.

Before You Begin #

Before installing the plugin, make sure the following conditions are met:

• WordPress is installed and running on your website.
• WooCommerce is installed and activated.
• Your server meets the PrizeSuite system requirements.

Installing the Plugin #

Follow these steps to install PrizeSuite using the WordPress admin dashboard.

1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New.
3. Click the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.
4. Select the PrizeSuite plugin ZIP file from your computer.
5. Click Install Now.
6. After installation completes, click Activate Plugin.

Once activated, a new PrizeSuite menu will appear in the WordPress admin sidebar.

Initial Setup #

After activating the plugin, it is recommended to review the main settings before creating your first giveaway campaign.

1. Go to PrizeSuite → Settings.
2. Review and configure the available options.
3. Click Save Changes after making adjustments.

You can now begin creating giveaway campaigns using WooCommerce products.

Updating the Plugin #

When a new version of PrizeSuite is released, you can update the plugin directly from the WordPress Plugins page.

Always make sure to back up your website before performing plugin updates.

Troubleshooting Installation #

If the plugin fails to install or activate, check the following:

• Ensure WooCommerce is installed and active.
• Verify your server meets the required PHP and WordPress versions.
• Confirm that the uploaded file is the correct PrizeSuite plugin ZIP.
