PrizeSuite (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides Shopify app features for giveaways, entries, tickets, rewards, referrals, wallet activity, and merchant reporting.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when merchants use PrizeSuite and when customer information is processed through the app.

When a merchant installs and uses PrizeSuite, we may collect and process:
- Merchant information, such as store name, store domain, email address, billing information, and app settings
- Customer and order information needed for app functionality, such as customer name, email, phone number, order details, participation records, ticket numbers, wallet activity, and referral activity
- Technical information such as log data, browser information, IP address, and device information
- Usage and analytics information related to app activity and merchant reporting
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the app and provide its features.

- Create and manage giveaway entries and ticket assignments

Merchants may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of merchant-controlled personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
8. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than the merchant’s country. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect personal information during such processing.
